Welcome to LitWason Focus. This Help Center explains how to set up the app, use focus modes, scan your LitWason NFC device, manage restrictions, troubleshoot common issues, and contact support.

1. What is LitWason Focus?

LitWason Focus is a focus and time management app designed to help users reduce phone distractions. You can create focus modes, restrict selected apps or websites, track focus time, and use a compatible LitWason NFC device to start, verify, or unlock focus restrictions.

The app is designed for work, study, sleep, family time, and other situations where you want to reduce distractions and build healthier phone habits.

2. Getting Started

To start using LitWason Focus, complete the setup steps below.

1. Create or sign in to your account.
2. Allow the required permissions when prompted.
3. Create your first focus mode.
4. Select the apps or websites you want to restrict.
5. Scan your LitWason NFC device if the app asks you to verify or unlock a focus session.

Some features may not work correctly if required permissions are disabled.

3. Required Permissions

LitWason Focus may request certain permissions to provide app and website restriction features. You can manage permissions in your iPhone settings.

4. How to Create a Focus Mode

1. Open the app.
2. Go to the focus mode section.
3. Tap Create Mode or Add Mode.
4. Enter a mode name, such as Work, Study, Sleep, or Family Time.
5. Select apps or websites you want to restrict.
6. Set the focus duration or schedule.
7. Save the mode.

You can create multiple modes for different situations and edit them later as your routine changes.

5. How to Start Focus Mode

1. Select a focus mode.
2. Confirm the apps or websites that will be restricted.
3. Tap the start button.
4. Follow the app instructions to scan your LitWason NFC device if required.

Once focus mode starts, selected restrictions will remain active until the session ends or is unlocked through the required process.

6. How to Unlock with NFC

If your focus mode requires NFC verification, use the steps below to unlock or end the current focus restrictions.

1. Hold the top area of your iPhone near the LitWason NFC device.
2. Keep the phone close and still until the scan is completed.
3. When the scan succeeds, the app will confirm that the focus restriction has been unlocked.

NFC scanning may fail if the phone is too far away, moved too quickly, blocked by a thick case, or if NFC access is unavailable.

7. NFC Scan Troubleshooting

If your LitWason NFC device does not scan, try the following steps:

• Make sure your phone supports NFC.
• Hold the top area of your iPhone close to the NFC device.
• Remove thick phone cases, metal accessories, or magnetic attachments that may interfere with scanning.
• Keep the phone still for a few seconds while scanning.
• Make sure you are scanning the correct LitWason NFC device.
• Restart the app and try again.
• Update the app to the latest version.

8. App or Website Restrictions Are Not Working

If selected apps or websites are not restricted, check the items below:

• Check that Screen Time or Family Controls permission is enabled.
• Confirm that the correct apps or websites are selected in your focus mode.
• Make sure the focus mode is currently active.
• Restart the app.
• Restart your iPhone if needed.
• Update LitWason Focus to the latest version.

Some restrictions depend on iOS system permissions and may require approval in device settings.

9. Focus History and Activity Records

The app may show your focus history, including session start time, end time, duration, and activity status. These records help you understand your focus habits and track your progress over time.

10. Account and Data

You can manage account information in Settings. If you want to delete your account, go to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deleting your account may permanently remove account-related information, focus records, settings, and associated data, subject to legal, security, and backup retention requirements.
